At our company, we have chosen a path to acquire properties without the hassle of dealing with banks and their ridiculous requirements. Anyone who has ever tried to get a real estate loan will know exactly what we’re talking about. Honestly, banks are worthless and don’t do much good for the average person, especially in today’s world. We could go on and on about them but why waste our time.

In our world of real estate investing, we learned many years ago that if you take the time and pay your dues to truly educate yourself with the top people in this industry, many great things can be learned and accomplished. In our case, one of those things was how to acquire properties without ever dealing with banks and their loans. WE NEVER USE BANKS!!!! JUST SAY NO!!!!!

The key to finding the needed money every time we do deals is to look to other people who have it. It’s called OPM aka Other People’s Money!! This is not to say that we don’t use our own money, as we certainly do. However, unless you’re a Billionaire, your financial resources will soon become limited depending upon the type of deals you’re doing and how often you’re doing them.

We learned a long time ago that sharing a part of a good deal with someone is far better than having no deal to just ourselves. It’s for this reason that whenever possible or when needed, we will reach out to private lenders who have funds readily available to invest into good solid real estate deals. These people come from all walks of life. They could be professional people such as doctors or lawyers, retired people who wish to make more on their money than what a lousy CD pays them at their local bank, working people with Self-Directed IRA’s aka SDIRA, etc.
