In addition, the age of the property should be no older than 50 years old. The properties should be located in good neighborhoods for safe living for the tenants.

      We will have a face-to-face meeting with the property owner at their property. At which time, we will gather information about the property to start our evaluation process.

      We evaluate both the property and the property owner’s situation in order to finalize a solution that will work. In addition, our “Due Diligence” process is also done.

      Second Face-to-Face Meeting

      We present our outcome to the evaluation along with our solution to the property owner’s challenges. In addition, we also present a written offer to purchase their property if the evaluation was favorable.

      If our offer is accepted by the property owner, we move forward with working with them and their lender towards an ownership change.

      Closing the Deal

      All parties meet at the title company to submit all necessary documents and funds when needed. All documents are signed and recorded if necessary to complete the transaction. We create another WIN WIN solution!!
