Our company, Liberty RE Holdings Group, LLC, is a real estate investment business. We are a division of Liberty Funding Solutions, LLC. Both companies are part of the Liberty Companies umbrella located here in the USA. The primary function of Liberty RE Holdings Group is to acquire Single-Family-Residences aka SFR’s, Duplexes, Triplexes, Fourplexes aka Quads, and multi-unit apartment complexes for our “Buy & Hold” portfolio. After which time, we provide affordable housing to people who need a safe and comfortable place to call home.

Alternatively, our company focuses on assisting homeowners who are either in pre-foreclosure or foreclosure status or who need to sell their primary residence in a hurry due to a job relocation, divorce, death, or other personal crisis. In addition, we assist out-of-town landlords with vacant properties by offering to buy their properties from them. Also, if the landlord property owner is reaching a “Burn-Out” stage in their life, we will offer to buy their property from them as well.

We specialize in finding the RIGHT SOLUTION for ANY CHALLENGES a property owner may be facing. We do this by meeting with the property owner to discuss whether they have a money problem or a house problem. Once given all the necessary information, we start the process to find the right solution to solve their challenge.
